BAMBI is a humanoid robot rental service for corporate events, trade shows, festivals, brand activations, private parties and video productions in Quebec, Canada. The service includes the presence of the robot at your event along with a qualified technician for the agreed duration.

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by our team to be considered valid.

The contact form on this site constitutes a request for information or booking, not a confirmation of service. A booking is only effective after:

• Receipt of written confirmation from our team
• Signing of a service agreement (where applicable)
• Payment of a deposit if required

We reserve the right to refuse any booking request without having to justify the reason.

To ensure the safety and proper functioning of BAMBI at your event, the following conditions apply:

• BAMBI is designed for indoor use on flat, stable surfaces
• A minimum space of 3 x 3 meters must be reserved for the performance
• The client is responsible for ensuring the venue meets these requirements
• Standard electrical access must be available on site
• Our technician must have access to the venue at least 60 minutes before the start of the performance

The following cancellation terms apply, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement:

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: full refund of the deposit
• Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before: 50% refund of the deposit
• Cancellation less than 7 days before: no refund
• Any date change must be communicated in writing and is subject to availability

By booking BAMBI for your event, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and appropriate environment for the performance
• Inform your guests of the robot’s presence and safe interaction guidelines
• Ensure children are supervised at all times near the robot
• Not attempt to modify, disassemble, or interfere with the robot’s operation
• Immediately report any incident to our on-site technician

Photos and videos may be captured during BAMBI performances by our team or your guests. By booking our services, you agree that:

• BAMBI and its team may use photos and videos taken at your event for promotional purposes on social media and other marketing materials
• If you do not wish images from your event to be used, you must inform us in writing before the performance
• You are free to use and share content captured by you or your guests during the performance

BAMBI and its team cannot be held responsible for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages related to the use of our services
• Incidents resulting from the client’s failure to comply with service requirements
• Service interruptions due to unforeseeable technical failures
• Content generated and shared by guests at your event

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

All content on this website — texts, images, design, logo and the BAMBI brand — is the exclusive property of BAMBI and is protected by copyright laws in effect in Canada. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

The BAMBI robot is based on the Unitree G1 EDU platform. Rights to the underlying technology belong to their respective owners.

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this site. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
